If the beginning of the gospel is that Jesus is God, everything that follows must be just as true. How much do you really believe the story of Christmas?
Every time we leave our tower to watch someone else’s, we lose a sense of purpose. Where are you called and what have you been given? This is your tower.
Think about it- many of the people who surround us every day have never seen Jesus. As a result, they don’t believe. Not because they can’t but because no one has convinced them. It’s your turn to convince them. This must consume the faith of our generation.
When God is the center of life, the labor is rewarding. Joyful. Even peaceful. Yet, whatever we leave Him out of will ultimately deplete us. Burn us out. God wants to be in your life- not just in your temple.
Are you still focused on what matters most or have you become distracted? Whatever success we experience by faith will require faith to continue. Faith must remain.
